Why isn't Weave priced per seat?
Because the people who need an answer shouldn't have to wait for a licence. Price follows connected sources and patient population, so every clinician on your team can ask.
Is there an implementation fee?
Clinic has none. Health system and Enterprise include a one-time implementation fee, scoped with you up front and fixed in the contract.
What counts as a connected source?
Any system Atlas reads from: an EHR instance, a lab system, a pharmacy feed, a claims warehouse. Two facilities on the same EHR instance count as one.
Can we run a pilot first?
Yes. Most health systems start with a 60-day pilot on two or three sources and one care team, credited against the first year if you continue.
How long are contracts?
Clinic is annual. Health system is annual or multi-year, and Enterprise is usually three years. Pricing is fixed for the length of the term.
