Data we process
Weave processes clinical and administrative data supplied by your health system — EHR records, lab results, pharmacy orders, and claims — solely to provide the knowledge graph, query, and anomaly-detection services you have configured.
Role of each party
Where Weave handles PHI on behalf of a covered entity, Weave acts as a business associate and processes that data only as permitted by the applicable Business Associate Agreement.
Your choices
Access, correction, and export requests are handled through your organisation’s administrator. See the HIPAA Notice for how individual rights are routed.
